Terms
Short, because the site is simple: it publishes text, quotations and a few photographs, sells nothing and collects nothing from you.
The text written by this site may be quoted, with a link to the page it comes from. Whole pages may not be copied or republished.
Quotations are the property of their sources: the IDF documents, the Guardian, Human Rights Watch, the UN, news outlets and others. Each is marked and linked on the page where it appears and on the sources page. Quote them from the original.
Photographs are used under the licences stated on the sources page (Wikimedia Commons, CC BY-SA 3.0 and CC BY 2.5). Reuse them under the terms of those licences and with the credit given there.
Nothing from nazadocumentary.com, the film's own site, is copied here. This site links to it and describes it.
The site aims to quote accurately and to say where every claim comes from. Mistakes are still possible. If you find one, report it through the contact form and it will be checked and corrected.
The content is published for information and debate. It is not legal, military or professional advice, and the site accepts no liability for decisions made on the strength of it.
Links to other sites are given so you can check the sources. They are not an endorsement of those sites, and the site is not responsible for what they publish.
Videos on the hostage testimonies page are embedded from YouTube and belong to the channels that published them. They play under YouTube's terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
